September 2008. Lehman Brothers was gone overnight, and the shockwaves hit families like mine before anyone had words for what was happening. I was young, but I watched people I loved lose things they had spent their whole lives building. The pain was brutal and devastating… Somewhere in the middle of it all, I vowed: I was going to help people through education so things like this won’t happen again. I know I can’t help everyone, but I’m going to try the very best I can.

That vow took me through the lending side of the industry first, then into real estate, working with buyers & sellers. I came at this from the angle of education, raised by 2 educators and shaped by growing up between cultures. American born, mainly raised in Taiwan. Today I serve clients in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese (Hokkien). Growing up between worlds teaches you things no license exam ever could.

I'm planted here in DFW now. This is home. I love working with buyers, sellers, and investors across Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, and the broader Dallas metro, in residential and commercial real estate. And I still carry that same vow today. Education first. Full picture first. People first. Always.
